Tutorial/Abandoned Kingdoms: Added Gamepad Support and Redid Abandoned Kingdoms
It's been a while since I've added a devlog. Managed to get a lot done over the last few weeks, but there's still much more to go. The big accomplishments include completely redoing Abandoned Kingdoms--I want the levels to be much bigger to encourage dashing around--and adding support for gamepad controllers. A lot of polish was also added to the Tutorial and I feel pretty good about it. I'll be posting both demonstration videos here.
The next steps will be to continue resolving issues, adding details to Abandoned Kingdoms, working to add a most sophisticated sound system that can handle distance, and knocking out the Lost Palace level. Need to also create several new enemies, and also finish the slime mob. Ug. So much to do with so little time in the day.
