Lost Palace: Slime mob start and level back tiles

Added the majority of the background wall tiles of Lost Palace. Finally started on the basic slime enemy type. Currently, all it does is just drop from the ceiling and walk around aimlessly. Unlike the other enemy types, the basic slime will just walk around, but there'll be a lot more of them.
